The time to cook the rillettes: for a whole night over low heat, the racy meat of Prince Noir de Biscay mixes with pine buds and Armagnac. Delicate aromas are thus revealed in broad daylight and bring lightness, a beautiful harmony and a certain character to this exceptional rillettes.

Available in two formats: Small Rillettes (130 gr) and Large Rillettes (190gr)

Ingredients: Prince Noir de Biscay pork meat and liver, pine buds marinated in Laballe Armagnac, Salies de Béarn salt, pepper, onions, garlic and a pinch of love.
